项目背景
It is a waste heat power generation project for industrial silicon. The construction scale of industrial silicon is 32×33000 kVA industrial silicon electric furnace, which is equipped with 6×50MW flue gas waste heat power generation. Every four industrial silicon electric furnaces have an industrial silicon workshop. A flue gas denitration device is required. In order to reduce the pollution of the atmospheric environment caused by the emission of nitrogen oxides in boiler flue gas, a flue gas denitration device is required, so that the NOx emission can meet the latest national and local boiler air pollutant emission standards. In this project, the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification adopts the near-zero emission technology of active molecule+limestone gypsum method to remove multiple pollutants. Every four industrial silicon furnaces are a unit, and each four industrial silicon furnaces share a wet absorption tower, a straight chimney and a booster fan. The flue gas volume is 915,000 nm3/h (standard, dry and actual O2), and the flue gas tower is integrated, with a total of eight desulfurization towers. In this project, one booster fan is set at the inlet of each absorption tower, without bypass flue and GGH. On the basis of desulfurization process, a denitration device is installed, and the active molecular denitration AMOR system is adopted to realize the level of chimney NOx meets the environmental protection emission standard.

The emission of pollutants (SO2, NOX, particulate matter) in flue gas reaches the ultra-low emission index.


技术特点

Adopt the technology of active molecule+limestone gypsum to  jointly remove near-zero emissions of various pollutants, which has independent intellectual property rights. On the basis of desulfurization process, a denitration device is installed, and the active molecule denitration AMOR system is adopted. Pipe grid booster with independent intellectual property rights is adopted in the absorption tower (the efficiency of the first layer of pipe grid is better than that of the first layer of spray layer).

取得效果

Meet the ultra-low emission standard, that is, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration is less than 35mg/Nm3;; Smoke emission concentration is less than 10mg/Nm3;; Nitrogen oxide is less than 40mg/Nm3.
