项目背景
This project treats 1100t/h of production wastewater and is the largest PTA project in the world. It adopts a process scheme of waste organic gas waste heat recovery, evaporation and concentration, alkali recovery furnace, and salt recovery to achieve water recovery, concentrated liquid incineration, steam and alkali reuse. More than 90% of the water is recovered, achieving zero discharge of wastewater.

1. The international pioneer has successfully implemented a special device with the highest number of waste liquid components, the greatest difficulty in incineration treatment, and the highest resource recovery rate in China.
2. Reducing land occupation by 70%, achieving zero wastewater discharge, and reducing PTA production costs by 35 yuan per ton, has significant economic and social benefits.
